Unlock your intuition and inner wisdom

Hannah Martin, LMHC

Whether you are feeling out of touch with yourself, feeling reactive to the world around you, or stuck in patterns that don’t feel helpful, this is a compassionate space for you.

You’re feeling overwhelmed and stuck, unsure of how to make a decision. You feel like you can’t let go of past experiences no matter how much you’ve talked about it with friends or therapists.

It’s easy to think that we should be able to “move on” in our mind but our body and emotions are feeling like they can’t let go. It can feel disempowering and helpless.

I will meet you where you’re at and guide you in understanding what the different parts of your mind and body are trying to communicate.

What would it look like if you were able to let go of burdens you’ve been holding on to and feel a sense of freedom?

We all learn that some parts of us are welcome and others aren’t early in life. Maybe some emotions and behaviors were okay to express and others weren’t. We can have outdated ways of coping or relating that don’t work in the present.

That is why we will go slow and follow the pace that you need to build trust and safety over time in our work together.

This process is a kind and compassionate one that takes time to let yourself expand into all of who you are, not who you learned you had to be for those around you.
