Somatic IFS Therapy in Seattle and across Washington State

Hannah Martin, LMHC

Welcome

Do you find yourself:

Feeling overwhelmed by self-doubt and insecurity?

Feeling disconnected from your intuition and body?

Struggle to make decisions or commitments for fear of making the “wrong” choice and feeling regret?

Feel anxious, on edge, and exhausted, even right when you wake up?

Feel stuck ruminating or worried about what others will think of you?

Feel like you aren’t good enough or maybe even bad at your core?

It might feel like you’ve tried everything and can’t seem to find a sense of calm or clarity in your daily life. Or perhaps it feels like you’re going in circles, repeating patterns, and can’t find your way out.

It doesn’t have to be this way. I believe that when we slow down to process feelings, we can begin to truly understand you and what your emotions are communicating. I want to help you move from feeling anxious, insecure, or stuck in feelings of insecurity to feeling confident in who you are and more connected to the people and practices you care about.

Hi, I’m Hannah.

I’m here to offer a space where you can explore your experiences with compassion and curiosity.

I’m trained in IFS Level 1 & 2 and Integrative Somatic Parts Work Levels 1 & 2. As a psychodynamic, trauma-informed, somatic Internal Family Systems therapist, I use a combination of mind-body techniques to help you reconnect to yourself and those around you with creativity and confidence.

While we may explore tools to bring support to symptoms in the short-term, my approach to therapy focuses on the root of your struggles by meeting weekly to explore and truly understand your experiences. This is a place you have a chance to slow down and come home to yourself.

If my approach resonates with you, I’d love to chat. Schedule a free 20-minute consultation to see if we’re a good fit.
